  • Every artwork you order is a piece of my heart, carefully packaged to reach you safely. Here’s what to expect:


    Domestic Shipping

    • LateNightCreator LLC ships within the United States only.

    • All orders are shipped via USPS. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. allow 2-5 business days.

    • Shipping times are estimates and typically take 3–7 business days, depending on your location and service chosen.

    Shipping Costs

    • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and delivery method.

    • If you have multiple items, combined shipping may be available.

    Handling & Processing

    • Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days.

    • Custom or commissioned pieces may have longer processing times depending on the project scope.

    Damaged or Lost Packages

    • Inspect your package upon delivery. If your artwork is damaged, contact me within 48 hours with photos for replacement or refund.

    • LateNightCreator LLC is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after being marked as delivered.

    International Shipping

    • Currently, I do not ship internationally.

  • If your tracking shows “delivered” but your package has not arrived, please contact your local post office with the tracking number. Often packages are waiting for pickup at your nearest post office.

  • If your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact me at Latenightcreator@gmail.com with your name, order number, and photos of the damaged/incorrect item.

  • Prints are printed via 3rd party please allow up to 2 weeks to be printed and shipped. You will receive tracking once order has been processed.

    Originals, and commissions are typically shipped within 1 week of purchase/ finished agreement.

  • You can reach us anytime via our contact page or email. We aim to respond quickly—usually within one business day.

  • All sales are final. Prints are made to order, so LateNightCreator is unable to accept returns, exchanges or cancellations.

  • Your data is only used for internal marketing purposes and will never be sold to outside sources.

  • The Artist agrees to create a custom artwork based on the agreed-upon concept, size, and medium.

    Minor revisions are allowed during the sketch phase. Major changes may incur additional fees.

    A non-refundable deposit of HALF OF THE TOTAL is required to begin work.

    The balance is due upon final approval before shipping.

    Estimated completion dates will be provided. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

    The Artist will communicate progress updates periodically.

    All rights remain with the Artist.

    The Client receives the physical artwork and permission for personal, non-commercial use only.

    The Artist may display images of the commissioned work in portfolios, social media, and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

    Deposits are non-refundable.

    Once work has begun, cancellations are not permitted.

    Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Client.

    LateNightCreator LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once marked delivered.

    By commissioning artwork, the Client agrees to all terms in this agreement.
